Withdrawing winnings from Sprotzy requires meeting certain conditions. First, your account identity verification must be complete. Second, any funds earned through bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

Once a bet is confirmed in Sports Betting, it cannot be changed or cancelled. During live betting, markets may change or close mid-match at Sprotzy's sole discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Sprotzy platform. Any involvement in prohibited activity will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of balances.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts under the same identity
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or circumvent bonus terms
• Attempting fraudulent payments or chargebacks
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account
• Exploiting any technical errors on the platform

Sprotzy reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the circumstances listed below. If an account is terminated, all remaining balances and earned bonuses may be forfeited.

Users may close their account at any time. In such cases, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be available for withdrawal.
